Ok, so I looked for a way to report the bug. I went though all of the known "issues", and mine wasn't there. So I decided to report a bug. No bug report options. None. Nowhere. Google so sure that they don't create any bugs that there's no place to report them. They have some bright and cheery "I have an idea!

Bug reporting can be done via the bug report process I mentioned, or via e-mail. If Borland is truly serious about receiving customer feedback, they'll provide a number of different options for the consumer to submit reports, and then they'll at least acknowledge somehow that the report has been received.
